Why I Do This
Real estate isn't just about transactions - it's about people and the biggest decisions they make. When you buy or sell a home, you're not just moving property. You're starting a new chapter, investing in your future, or closing one door to open another.
I got into real estate because I genuinely enjoy helping people through that process. I like solving problems, negotiating deals, and seeing the look on someone's face when they get the keys to their new home.
My Approach
I believe in being straight with people. I'll give you my honest assessment, even if it's not what you want to hear. If I think a house is overpriced, I'll tell you. If I think your home needs work before listing, I'll tell you that too.
I also believe in being available. Real estate doesn't happen on a 9-to-5 schedule. When you have questions or concerns, I want you to feel comfortable reaching out.
Living in Shasta County
I live here because I love it here. The mountains, the lakes, the rivers - there's nowhere else I'd rather be. When I'm not helping clients, you'll find me enjoying everything this area has to offer.
